The holiday season is a magical time of year filled with laugher and festivities. For many, the holidays are marked by spending time with family and friends and bringing the giving spirit to life. Women escaping trafficking often have little or no possessions and no family support, making the holidays not a time of celebration, but a time of survival. For the women and children at RESET, this will be the first time they will be celebrating the holidays in a safe place, surrounded by the support of RESET. This year, you can help Create a Magic Christmas by giving EXIT Program participants the gift of safety, stability, and hope.
Ways to Give
This year, RESET Society of Calgary celebrated our 36th year of supporting over 1175 women exiting sexual exploitation. The Create a Magic Christmas campaign provides 35-40% of funding for much needed program expenses annually. Generous donations from this campaign allow RESET to offer immediate safe housing, life-skills programming, educational funding, work experience, and Community Support to women rebuilding their lives after sexual exploitation and trafficking.
